The Hatmaker

 

The Hatmaker brings a variety of colourful hats although his business is suffering from his lack of ability to actually sell them. He's accompanied by a rather ticked off royal soldier drawing his pistol and an assassin who clearly has his sights set on someone. Another townsfolk stands and watches on.
