Happy Birthday Dad

 

My late father who was a great restorer and engineer. He worked on many figures over the years taking off layers of paint to restore them back to their original metal and did any necessary fixes or repairs. We started working on this project together to create a tavern diorama with outside street scene using Tabletop World scenery. Dad was never one to back down from a challenge and loved to be involved, he was always loyal and supportive. I could come to him with the wackiest of ideas and he would always back me that it was possible. He worked with all kinds of materials, whatever you needed he would always be there to help. Being a loyal Leicester City supporter we had this handmade football bird personalised with his name and number.
